TOURISM TECHNOLOGY HACKATHON 2023
We proudly hosted the Tourism Technology Hackathon 2023 at the GAST MESSE in Salzburg, bringing together 140 tech enthusiasts to innovate and solve challenges within the tourism sector.
CHALLENGE
The tourism industry faces evolving challenges that require innovative tech-driven solutions. Our hackathon aimed to harness the creativity and expertise of tech enthusiasts to develop new approaches that would benefit the Austrian tourism sector.
OUR APPROACH
A hackathon as a platform where 140 participants, passionate about technology, collaborated intensively on challenges faced by the tourism industry.
Engaging multiple partners from the Austrian tourism sector, we provided real-world problems for participants to tackle, ensuring relevant and impactful solutions.
RESULT
The hackathon generated various innovative technical solutions, significantly contributing to the advancement of the Austrian tourism sector. Participants created practical tools and applications that are now being considered for implementation by our partners.
